"To lead with a messages about change"

The only thing you know, is that you are aware of far too little of what you are doing!
For many years, we have participated in education aimed at business executives and managers in larger organizations. About practical experience of producing company meetings and major stage productions to present messages of change and development. Or present new products or a new business strategy. Or just meet to make everyone understand that we are successful in what we are doing right now!

We are not strategy or management consultants. Others do that better. Our job is to "package" messages about what will happen in the business. So your audience of employees who listen both understand the message, and see their role in future change. 
To dare to take responsibility for "a next step", first you want to understand yourself. And second respect that the management has done their "homework" to come to the decisions they have made. As an employees, you want to clearly see your own role in the tasks that will come.

For the management team, it is important to create a clear story that is presented in a credible way - Which creates interest and wanting to participate. To achieve that you must deliver a clear picture of what it will look like when we have come on the way towards what is going to happen. Also to see that there are sufficient resources and support to implement what your company want to establish.

You can never cheat an audience. It's just stupid to believe so! The first thing an audience forgets after a presentation are words and numbers. Most of us bring with us pictures and feelings of what we just heard. First of all we want to see conviction and commitment in the eyes of the people standing on stage and telling us the story.
